My name is Matt Russell and I am a professional painter and decorator, based in Warwick in South Warwickshire. Since starting my apprenticeship at Warwickshire College, I have accumulated over 20 years’ experience in London, Manchester, Birmingham and across Warwickshire. I have worked for a range of companies including office fitters, security systems providers, industrial heating and ventilation suppliers and builders, gaining a broad knowledge of techniques for interior and exterior finishing. During this period I also spent three summers in Montecito, Santa Barbara refurbishing a group of properties for a US landlord and learning new techniques compliant with strict Californian environmental regulations. I finally set up on my own in 2002. Today I have a team of three painters and decorators and between us we can take on any commercial or domestic decorating project, within Warwickshire or further afield. We carry out interior and exterior painting, wallpaper stripping and hanging, stripping and repainting of woodwork, tiling, coving and plasterboard repair and have carried out sympathetic decoration of both modern and period homes. We pride ourselves on providing a high-quality, professional job to schedule. Most of our work comes through repeat business and personal recommendations from former customers.
